If you need to find a particular email, you could type the recipient or receiver's name in a search box and start looking through your messages. Unfortunately, email services are quite limited when it comes to filtering messages and finding something specific. This is where MailDex comes in. It provides you with all the searching and filtering options you always wanted from your email provider. If you import your emails into this program, you will be able to index them and apply numerous filters, perform advanced searches, and convert the emails between various formats.
